The Public Expenditure Management System (SYSDEP) automates the public expenditure management of the Haitian State. It allows the execution of operating expenses as well as capital expenditures, from the seizure of the disbursement request to the issue of the check or the transfer order.

It has several dashboards that enable decision-makers to have real-time status of their portfolios so that they can make informed and appropriate decisions with full knowledge of the facts.
