| • At least 8 years of experience in training and capacity building, or 6 years of experience with an applicable Masters degree; • Have a proven and developing experience by giving courses in initial training and continuing education; • Excellent command of French and advanced level in English required, as well as communication skills; • A degree in a relevant discipline such as training or project governance; • A person of Haitian nationality is preferred for this post. |
